If you reside or plan to travel within the Northeast corridor, Amtrak is introducing its “Night Owl Fares.”

Promoted to customers who may be attending concerts, sporting events, seeing a play, or simply working late, will have the option to travel during off-peak hours of 7:00 pm – 5:00 am on Northeast regional trains.

Amtrak is giving passages more flexibility to travel some of the business routes between New York and Washington, DC.

Sample One-Way Coach Fares To/From: 

  • New York â€“ Washington: $20
  • Washington â€“ Newark/Newark Liberty: $15
  • New York â€“ Baltimore/BWI: $15
  • New York â€“ Philadelphia: $10
  • New York â€“ Wilmington: $10
  • Philadelphia â€“ Washington: $10
  • Washington â€“ Wilmington $10
  • Philadelphia â€“ Baltimore/BWI: $5
  • New York â€“ Newark/Newark Liberty: $5
  • Washington â€“ Baltimore/BWI: $5

*Please note Moynihan Train Hall is closed from 1 am to 5 am daily. Please plan to depart from or arrive at Penn Station between the hours of 1 am – 5 am.
