The Philadelphia Police Department needs your assistance in locating missing and endangered Shelby Sheldon. He was last seen on December 11, 2022, at approximately 5:00pm on the 16xx block of S. 28th Street
Shelby is 13 years-of-age, 5’6, 120 lbs., and was last seen wearing ripped blue jeans, brown coat and white Adidas sneakers. Shelby may possibly be in the area of 52nd and Parkside Avenue.
