Da Spot NYC

Established in April 2017 by three independent creatives, Da Spot NYC ("DA SPOT") is a unique fashion boutique featuring 25+ creative brands by people of color. DA SPOT first opened its doors in a 100sqft retail space in DUMBO on May 21st, 2017. It housed only three independent creative brands in addition to those of its creators. DA SPOT quickly grew as a springboard for emerging creatives and has since sold more than fifty indie-creative brands within the past three years.

In August 2019, DA SPOT launched its first annual festival in partnership with the DUMBO Business Improvement District called  DEAR SUMMER VIBES NYC: A Celebration of the Creative Culture. The festival features creatives in various aspects such as Art, Food, Music, Crafts, Lifestyle, Wellness and Fashion.

In November 2019, DA SPOT relocated to a 1,000 sqft retail space within the popular City Point BKLYN Mall (historically known as Albee Square Mall ). It now houses its original Dumbo neighbor, the C.A.N.V.A.S Art Gallery (Creating A New View Around Society, which features the work of local artists each month. In addition, DA SPOT hosts creative workshops, business panels and live performances for the community in shop monthly for the community.

DA SPOT NYC is more than just a boutique, it is a "platform for creativity".
