Joe Brown Construction Company is a local minority entity, who has been affiliated with the Philadelphia Union Halls for some time. Our services consisted of, but are not limited to multiple forms of missionary work. We are known best for our flatwork, steps, floors, sidewalks, demo, brick and blockwork, foundation wall construction, and much more. Time and effort is placed into all of our projects. Site cleanup is mandatory. We stand by our name and the proof is in our service.
