Missing, Armani Davis-Carter, a 14-year-old female, was last seen on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., on the 15XX block of Arch Street.
Her height is 5’4″, she weighs 115 lbs., has brown eyes, and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black Muslim garment and black sneakers.
Missing juvenile, Abdul Malik Hawkins, 13-year-old male, was last seen on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., on the 47XX block of North 12th Street.
His height is 4’11”, and he weighs 125 lbs.

Endangered missing person, Aniyah Ezekiel, a 14-year-old female, was last seen on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., on the 26XX block of Jasper Street.
Her height is 5’6″, and she weighs 120 lbs., with brown eyes, medium build, and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black sweater, brown pants, and Crocs.
Missing person, Isaiah Alexander, 14-year-old male, was last seen on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 3:45 p.m., on the 49XX block of Walnut Street.
His height is 6’0″, and he weighs 160 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair in a twist style. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black pants with a white stripe, black sneakers, and a black shirt.
17-year-old Safiyyah Goodman, who was reported missing from her residence in the Olney section of Philadelphia.
Goodman was last seen at approximately 6:00 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026, leaving her home on the 5700 block of North 3rd Street.
Safiyyah Goodman is described as a 17-year-old Black female, standing 5’2” tall and weighing approximately 205 lbs. She was last seen wearing a white and black long dress paired with a black head covering.
Missing juvenile, Donovin Broxton, 17-year-old male, was last seen on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 6:39 p.m., on the 59XX block of Loretto Street.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black coat and black joggers. He likes to frequent the area of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, 69th and Market Streets.
Missing juvenile, Lwe Kpaw Soe, 14-year-old male, was last seen on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 10:00 p.m., on the 6XX block of Fitzgerald Street.
His height is 5 feet 6 inches, weighs 160 lbs., thin build, black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black jersey, black pants, and white/black shoes.
Missing juvenile Kahiem Woods was last seen at his residence on the 2000 block of West Cheltenham Avenue on March 5, 2026, at approximately 1:28 a.m.
Kahiem is 17 years old, approximately 5’7” tall, and weighs about 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He is known to frequent the area of 5th and Olney Ave.
Missing juvenile Zynara Williams was last seen on March 8, 2026, on the 19xx block of N. 17th St.
Zynara is 15 years-of-age, 5’3″, 150lbs, medium build, light brown complexion, brown eyes, wearing a gray belly shirt, black zip up, cropped top, black tights, black fuzzy boots.
Missing juvenile Yasiana Hagans was last seen on March 9, 2025, at 3:15 PM, on the 11xx block of W. Dauphin St.
Yasiana is 16 years-of-age, 5’1″, 98 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a green shirt and black/red pants.
Missing juvenile Orian Lindsayon was last seen March 6, 2026, at 5:00PM, on the 16xx block of West Ontario St,
Orian is 16 years old, 5’8”, 150 lbs. His clothing description is unknown.
Missing juvenile Serenity Jones. Serenity was last seen on Friday March 6, 2026, on the 36xx block of N 21st St. Serenity is known to frequent the area of 16th St and Ontario St.
Serenity is 15 years old, 5’6″, 130lbs, medium build, black hair and brown eyes. Serenity’s clothing description is unknown.
Missing juvenile Adelys Haggerty was last seen on March 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM, on the 29xx block of Cedar St. Adelys is possibly in the area of Frankford Ave and Clearfield St.
Adelys is 14 years-of-age, 5’1”, 90 lbs., thin build, brown hair, last seen wearing a black t-shirt, gray shorts, black slides.
Missing juvenile Ahzier Thomas, 16 years of age, was last seen on March 9, 2026, at approximately 3:15 p.m. inside his residence on the unit block of North Conestoga Street.
He is described as 5’9” tall, weighing approximately 350 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a black-and-white checkered jacket, black pants, and black-and-gray sneakers. Ahzier is also known to frequent the 200 block of South Edgewood Street
Endangered missing juvenile, Serenity King, a 14-year-old female was last seen on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 8:31 p.m., on the 62XX block of Oakley Street.
Her height is 4’9″, she weighs 124 lbs., thin build, brown eyes, and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a dark blue pants, black or gray shirt, possibly wearing a black hijab. Her cell phone was last pinged on the 19XX block of Washington Avenue.
