Join A Book a Day at their 2026 fundraiser “Freedom to Learn” on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at The Study (located at 20 S. 33rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104). A Book a Day is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in West Philadelphia dedicated to promoting literacy in underserved and diverse communities since 2014. More than 10,000 books have been donated to community centers, public libraries, etc., throughout Philadelphia, with a concentration in the West and Southwest sections of the city. Their goal is to educate and offer a variety of diverse books to “marginalized and underrepresented voices”.
Enjoy light bites and a silent auction of books and other items donated by local artists. Can’t make it to this game-changing event? You can still make a difference by donating to A Book a Day and help put new books in our children’s hands.
