HEY GIRL HEY!
“Happy New Year”. This year will be better than the last. #Goals!
We have all been there. We set new years resolutions that we don’t keep and work day and night, not realizing that Spring is almost over and Summer is around the corner. The year is halfway over.
This is a note to my younger self:
Girl, the best advise you can ever give is to take your own advise! Don’t get caught up in everyone else’s drama that you neglect to focus on yourself.
Remember that looks aren’t everything! So when that handsome man approaches you and bats his eyes, listen to what he says and how he says it. Trust your gut. Does he share your point of view or want the same things out of life, and most of all, does he value time?
Tomorrow isn’t promised, enjoy everyday like it’s your last.
It’s better to lose someone ….than lose pieces of yourself in the process.
Learn to love unconditionally, but only under the condition he loves you the same, if not more.
Time waits for no one and neither should you.
Just because you are alone, doesn’t mean that you are lonely.
Work on what makes you happy and eventually things will come full circle.
It’s never too late to start over….how about today!

I love this post! Best advice I read in a while and if someone told me these things when I was younger, I could only imagine how my life would have been different. But all in all, grateful for it all. Glad I’m following your blog!
Thank you! I think we all wish we could go back and sit ourselves down and say ”now girl, wait a minute”! Or don’t do that …do this. There is a lesson in everything. The way your story ends depends on how you, the narrator plays it out. ❤️
