The Philadelphia Police Department needs your assistance in locating a 12-year-old missing Alicya Ortiz-Fenwick. She was last seen on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, before leaving for school on the 9xx block of S 49th Street and did not return home.
She is 130 lbs., brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing white, blue and black tights, a red shirt and a black jacket. Alicya is known to frequent the areas of 60th and Delancey and 57th St and Hazel Ave
