Jo-Anne Vernay is on a mission to merge sustainability with style, making “the choice” an easy decision with our high fashion designs mainly made of pineapple leaf fiber. We value quality, unique designs and of course sustainability when creating our footwear.
As quality is a major part of our mission, our shoes are handmade in Italy and embody high fashion craftsmanship at an affordable luxury price. Each pair of shoes are ethically sourced and manufactured, from the materials to the packaging
MADE FROM PINEAPPLES
Piñatex is a plant based alternative to leather that’s versatile, lightweight, and durable. This pineapple leaf fibre is dyed using GOTS standards, stellar agricultural practices and PETA approved.
Our line was founded by stylist & creative director Dyandra Raye after becoming vegan and noticing a void for affordable luxury vegan shoes that weren’t made from harmful materials like polyurethane. She then merged her career & education in the fashion industry with a lifelong passion for footwear design to create what Jo-Anne Vernay is today.
