Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley is revolutionizing the way Americans enjoy elevated soul food and Southern comfort food. Our Black-owned restaurant brings award-winning fried chicken, authentic chicken and waffles, and luxury cocktails to Philadelphia’s Center City. Kevin Kelley is a serial entrepreneur who lived abroad in Paris after success as a litigation attorney in Dallas at the Kelley Law Firm.

Upon returning to the United States, he realized how much he missed the soul food that reminded him of home. When no one with prime Dallas locations would lease to him for his restaurant concept, Kevin bought the historic Hart building on Elm Street outright. Now Kitchen+Kocktails serves the best fried chicken and soul food across multiple cities, with Philadelphia being our newest location.
