Do you know this woman?
Philadelphia police need your help identifying this woman who was hit by a vehicle two weeks ago on 508 Adams Avenue in the Lawncrest section of Philadelphia in July.
CBS News Philadelphia reported the woman has limited brain function after waking from a coma and did not have any identification on her.
The only identifying mark is this tattoo:
