The saying goes, “time flies when you’re having fun”! Yes it does, but when working hard for the money we don’t always have the luxury of getting away to relax.  Every now and again we have to hit the pause button on what others want and need to take some much-needed “Me Time”.  Mental and physical health is so important to be more productive. If you’re not good to yourself, your no good to anyone else!

No need to spend tons of money going to the spa when you can bring the spa to you. Me time for me is putting on some calming music, lighting a scented candle, pouring a long glass of wine and drawing a nice hot bubble bath to soak my stress away.

Yardley was kind enough to allow me to review their Moisturizing Bath Bars in Oatmeal & Almond; English Lavender and the new Creamy Coconut. These bath bars are so moisturizing, soothing and the scent will take you to another place. The Creamy Coconut bath bar gives me the feeling of being on a beach in the Bahama’s.

These botanical bath bars smell and feel luxurious. The benefits to some of the essential oils and ingredients used such as lavender and oatmeal:
