Hope that everyone had a fabulous Valentine’s Day with that special someone, family, or just showing yourself a little TLC!
Now let’s talk bout us! “We’re family right? “My brothers from another mother, and sisters from another mister.” If we could turn back the hands of time or command it to stand still, we would right? Unfortunately that’s not realistic. Reality check, we are getting older and things “change” due to family, finances and life. Our metabolisms slow down and next thing you know your’e buying clothes a size bigger and getting in the habit of going to work/home and repeat.
This isn’t about your New Year’s resolution. This is about working out to give yourself a better quality of life. But what about your workout attire? It may be more convenient to work out in a old stained tshirt, but when you take time into what you wear and how you feel it may give you the motivation to keep on pushing (away from the table).
These black-owned fitness appeal companies are giving us all the thrills.
