Tia Lyles-Williams has nearly 20 years experience in the Biotech industry; working for Big Pharma, Small Biotech Companies, and the Federal Government.
This Howard University grad plans to create jobs for African American’s and other minorities who are disproportionately marginalized. Next is opening a Large-Scale cGMP Bioprocessing Facility (BSL-2) in/near Philadelphia, PA by the end of 2021.
LucasPye Bio will offer paid training by Jefferson Institute for Bioprocessing; be located near public transportation, and offer a starting package of $50k including benefits without a college degree.
