It’s Work it Wednesday and were celebrating our big and tall men!
Being an advocate for plus size women and embracing our curves, how can we not include our plus size men and fashion enthusiast. There is a stigma in the fashion industry amongst models and designers in the fashion industry. The majority of models women and men alike are thin and what some classify as being beautiful. “Bae -bae, style comes in all shapes, sizes and sexes”!
If you missed it lets recap on Life Styled Honor’s Fashion Show two weeks ago where some of these gorgeous men showed up and showed out for Big Man Culture!
These men are changing the game and I for one am excited to one day see them on TV, in print and most certainly on the runway.
For our sexy big and tall men who are interested in getting into the fashion industry, Full Figured Fashion Week is holding an event next month to help you start a portfolio.
Ladies they have something for you too. If you want to flaunt your stuff as a plus size model, sign up to start your portfolio. They will be providing hair, makeup and photographers on site.
Those who just want to partake in the fashionable festivities, or meet and greet some curvy conscious individuals, there are events all week starting June 18-24th.
The curvy community is growing everyday and I for one am proud to say that I’m a member. Whether your slim thuggin it out or have a little more cushion for the pushin there’s no denying it’s not what you wear, but how you wear it and these men wear it with style and grace!

I LOVE this. My husband’s a big guy (he calls himself ‘burly’) and finding good looking clothes is a challenge.
Thank you. ❤️ It’s always a struggle to find clothing that doesn’t look frumpy. But I’m happy to say things are changing. I’m always on a hunt to find company’s that recognize the plus size community and share. Big men are beautiful as well and I wanted to put the spotlight on them. It’s our time to shine!! ??
